GRAND CRU SHORT REACH BRAKE LEVER

These Grand Cru brake levers from Velo Orange fill a necessary gap in the bicycle world. When I was a youngling, there were short reach levers everywhere. In point of fact, ALL brake levers were short reach.

Since the introduction of the linear pull brake, the pickins' have gotten pretty slim. If you've got a bike with road calipers, and an "alt" bar whatcha gonna do?

These levers remind me of an old pair of Avid Single Digit Ultimates I had when I was wee. Those were some fine levers.

These are just as light, look a little better and are half the price!

Like the old guy that used to sell suits used to say. "You're gonna look like you spent a lot."
